Unbelievably, I woke up this morning shovel-less. It's not a wise thing to be without a shovel in Northern Wisconsin in winter as I found myself digging the PT cruiser out of the snow drift with a kitchen broom and dustpan. We solved that problem this afternoon with a trip to Home Depot.The rest of our day has been spent in front of the tube taking in some quality football. As for music for you this afternoon, we've got a great little band out of Berkeley, California called Cartoon.
Cartoon is the collaboration of friends Greg Hoffman and Tim Wood. In college the two friends met up with eventual bandmates and formed the rock-pop group Cartoon.
Many in the group are classically trained musicans, but that doesn't stop them from revving up with some dance your socks off tunes and enchanting harmonies. Signed to indie label The Nothing Room, Cartoon is sure to be a pleasant surprise for your Sunday afternoon playlist.
