How was your Saturday evening? Untypically warm temps (above 30 degrees!) and a work Christmas party were enough to drag us from our hibernation cave out into the wild, where we experienced the amenities of good friends, good food, and good conversation...

That being said, it was a long night, but not without dividends, as we were introduced to the Chicago Americana/folk rock band Ike Riley Assassination by a common acquaintance. Equal parts classic Americana and Dashboard Confessional, The Ike Reilly Assassination is a band that has been flying under our radar for some time that deserves a spot in the sunshine.
