The Hotel Café Festival at Belleayre is the first outdoor event presented by Los Angeles singer/songwriter venue, The Hotel Café. Riding on the success of the acclaimed Hotel Café Tour, which over the past three years, has featured a rotating cast of 50+ artists including Imogen Heap, KT Tunstall and Jason Mraz. The Hotel Café Festival will feature a full day and night with 14 artists, some you’ve heard of, some they think are going to be the next big thing. All performing with the collaborative, do-it-yourself spirit of the Hotel Café.

The 2007 Hotel Café Festival is being held at Belleayre Mountain, in the rugged and beautiful Catskills of upstate New York. Belleayre was declared “Forever Wild” by the New York State Forest Preserve over a hundred years ago and is a treasure of wild mountain, clean water, and country living that’s just 2 hours from New York City. With over 2,000 people expected to this year’s event at such a majestic location, The Hotel Café Festival promises to be the highlight of the summer calendar.
Proceeds from the Hotel Café Festival are going to Friends Of Snuffy, a volunteer organization aimed at improving the lives of pets and stray animals through education programs, grants and direct funding in the central park area. Founded in 2006 by animal lover and music executive Mary Gormley. Friends Of Snuffy has rebuilt the Shandaken dog shelter as well as founding Training Wheels, a community outreach program that helps pet owners train their animals. Friends Of Snuffy also provides direct funding for veterinary care, funded adoption programs and prompt community volunteer participation.
